Obviously, this was the better choice for him. He'd be behind Plax and Toomer, and most likely in the same position he was with the Rams (the 3rd receiver). Throw Moss into the mix and it was probably a bit too crowded for his liking. But of course the clincher is always money, and the Eagles threw a big contract at him. With Stallworth gone, he'll compete for the #1 spot there and certainly be the #2 guy. Also, I called him "3rd or 4th" receiver, which was not totally fair. I think he is an ideal #3, slot receiver.
